About
Janice is the founder and Managing Director of global training and coaching provider NeuroVitality Ltd. As an experienced therapist, lecturer and presenter, Janice is well known for her enthusiastic and engaging approach to delivering high impact training programmes. Her work empowers people to succeed and thrive at work, through promoting resilience, mental health, and wellbeing both in and out of the workplace. As someone who experienced, and ignored, the warning signs of burnout and suffered the consequences, Janice is passionate about ensuring others maintain health and balance in a challenging world. Janice uses her foundations in resilience to support the whole employee lifecycle, from emerging talent to new managers, she empowers human sustainability at every level. Presenting globally, Janice has the ability to engage and inspire those around her. She has worked with a broad array of corporations including Schroders, Beazley, RBC / Brewin, Lloyds of London, Allianz, Freshfields, Reed Smith, MUFG, AON, Island Records, British Antarctic Survey, the British Police Force and Naval and Educational Charities. She was a founder member and Director of Reclaim Health: a non-profit Community Interest Company, with NHS research funding and a contributor to their first book on functional illness. She runs a private practice supporting individuals to recover from stress related illness and delivers regular pro-bono coaching sessions and workshops for individuals, charities, and other groups.

- BA Hons, Post-graduate Certificate in Professional Studies in Education, Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Certified Practitioner Mindfulness Based NLP, Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis, NLP and Life Coaching, Mental Health First Aid England approved Instructor.
