I am driven by the joy of supporting other people in their personal development and seeing them grow. With over 15 years of management experience in the automotive industry and in-depth training and coaching expertise, I provide practical and humorous support to executives and teams in their further development. My training courses not only impart classic leadership know-how, but also create a safe space for personal growth and convey a great deal of know-why (e.g., neurological and psychological background). My focus areas: Executive development, strength orientation, seminars on topics such as self-leadership, employee leadership, successful teams, communication, leadership & AI, and mental fitness.
