I use the power of video feedback to demonstrate the impact of getting it wrong, and of mastery As a self-employed coach: My clientele ranges from senior executives and operational managers, to individuals in their private capacity, regardless of status. Clients come to me to rediscover purpose, achieve focus, and to take confident action. I help them to make sense of the challenges they face; to resolve dilemmas; to explore future possibilities; in short, for clarity on their next steps. My background: As a trainer, I have been training in all industries, including financial services, sine 2002. As a coach: I am an EMCC Accredited Executive Coach, with nine years of coaching experience (five years of which is post-accreditation). My training and coaching is underpinned by 30 years of corporate and self-employment experience in FMCG manufacturing (Unilever), financial services, and professional services, in EMEA and USA.
