The one to one coaching was world class. I have to admit to being slightly sceptical of the benefits before I started. A brilliantly facilitated awayday by Helen for our newly formed Senior Management Team. The agenda for the day was carefully constructed after Helen spoke to each team member in advance, which resulted in a good mix of activities to help a new team get to know one another, to gauge team dynamics, as well as practical work on how to make our meetings more effective. An enjoyable day, and highly valued by the team.
