I’m Sara Warrillow, founder of Marvellous Learning, and I work alongside internal teams to take the stress out of digital learning. With over 20 years’ experience in learning and development – and a track record of delivering high-impact learning across industries including pharmaceuticals, financial services, retail, and tech – I bring strategic thinking, hands-on design expertise and a clear, human approach to every project. I help internal teams to: Upskill with confidence – through coaching, capability-building and collaborative design Translate technical jargon – so things like SCORM, LXP, AI and data dashboards actually make sense Build capability and skills - covering areas such as instructional design, building accessible learning, and content development tools. Navigate learning tech and tools – whether you’re launching a new platform, reviewing an old one or figuring out what fits Create digital learning that sticks – whether it’s bespoke, blended, or off the shelf Build a joined-up learning offer – that’s scalable, engaging and aligned with your strategy Whether you need a strategic sounding board, a design partner or extra hands on deck, I act as an expert extension of your team – practical, flexible and always focused on impact.

Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Information Systems PROSCI Change Management – Certified Practitioner ILM Foundation Certificate in Performance Coaching TAP Foundation Certificate (Blended Learning) and TAP Diploma (eLearning Development)
